Education Level Minimum Requirement: Graduate in Food Science/Animal Science /Veterinary Science
Professional Qualifications: Certified in FSMS/Certified in (Manufacturing/Operations Management)
Work Experience: Overall experience of 6 to 10 years or more with at least 3 years in handling the Abattoir operation
:Job Specific Skills
Understanding the meat industry-
Knowledge of GCC standards for abattoir processes-
Knowledge of production planning and management process in abattoir-
Ability to generates various reports from ERP-
Knowledge of butchering and meat fabrication methods, techniques, and quality standards-
Knowledge of meat packaging production processes, materials, and production equipment-
Understanding of Hygiene & sanitisation of abattoir-
Supervising skills of butchers and helpers-
Knowledge of products traceability system software-
Effective time management and prioritisation skills, multi-tasking skills in a fast- paced environment-
Active learning, listing skills and critical thinking skills to find effective solutions to problems arise-
Ability to manage, motivate , counsel, discipline team and lead from front during periods of change-
